1.1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Seimitsu Analytics ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("user", "you") agree to these legally binding Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use or access our services.

1.2. Service Description

Seimitsu Analytics provides business analytics, reporting, dashboard visualization, and data aggregation services. The Service integrates with Google services via OAuth 2.0 to securely access user-authorized data for the purpose of generating reports, aggregating insights, and presenting analytics dashboards.

1.3. Google API Data Access

Seimitsu Analytics requests the following access scopes to your Google account through OAuth 2.0:

Google Analytics API

Google Drive API

Google Sheets API

1.4. Purpose of Data Access

We request the above permissions solely to provide the following services:

  • Importing Google Analytics data for reporting and visualization
  • Allowing users to create, export, or sync reports with Google Sheets and Google Drive
  • Managing user access controls and permissions within Google Analytics (when applicable)

We do not request or access any additional data unrelated to these services.

1.5. Data Collection and Storage

  • OAuth tokens are securely stored using strong encryption mechanisms.
  • OAuth tokens may be cached for the duration of user sessions or authorized time periods to reduce repeated authorization requests.
  • We do not permanently store your Google Analytics, Drive, or Sheets content unless explicitly required for report caching or user-requested storage.
  • All personally identifiable information (PII) and account information are encrypted both at rest and in transit.
  • Sensitive access tokens are never shared with third parties.

1.6. User Control & Revocation

You can revoke Seimitsu Analytics access at any time via your Google Account security settings at: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
